This Shipping Policy applies to aubenacre.com (the β€œSite”), operated by Eclipsera Fashion LLC (β€œwe,” β€œus,” β€œour”). It explains shipping destinations, processing and delivery timeframes, shipping fees, tracking, and how to contact us about shipping-related issues.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United States: contiguous 48 states only
  • Canada: provinces only

We do not ship to:

  • Alaska or Hawaii
  • Any U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)
  • Any Canadian territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut)
  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses

Processing Time (Order Preparation)

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Warehouse Cut-Off Time

Our warehouse cut-off time is 3:00 PM (Eastern Time, ET) on business days. Orders placed after the cut-off may begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We offer Standard Shipping only (no expedited shipping).

  • Transit time (after shipment): approximately 4–6 business days
  • Estimated total delivery time: approximately 5–9 business days (processing + transit)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or address issues.

Shipping Fees

Currency Notice: Shipping fees are listed in USD for reference. If your checkout displays a different currency (e.g., CAD), the final shipping fee and order total shown at checkout will apply.

United States (contiguous 48 states)

  • Free shipping on orders of $34.90 USD and above
  • $12.00 USD flat shipping fee per order for orders below $34.90 USD

Canada (provinces)

  • Free shipping on orders of $34.90 USD and above
  • $12.00 USD flat shipping fee per order for orders below $34.90 USD

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Tracking

We provide a tracking number for shipped orders. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees (Canada)

Canadian shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and/or brokerage fees. Unless explicitly shown and collected at checkout, these charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional reshipping costs may apply.

β€œDelivered” but Not Received

If tracking shows β€œDelivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact us within 5 business days of the delivery scan so we can assist with the next steps.
