This Payment Policy explains how payments are processed on aubenacre.com (the “Site”). By placing an order on the Site, you agree to the terms below regarding payment methods, billing, security, taxes, and common payment issues.
1) Payment Methods
We accept payments via PayPal and Venmo.
Through PayPal, eligible customers (primarily in the US) may also complete their purchase using Venmo.
All transactions are securely processed through PayPal's encrypted gateway.
Guest Checkout: Even if you do not have a PayPal account, you may be able to pay with a debit or credit card via the PayPal Guest Checkout feature, depending on PayPal's availability in your region.
2) Currency
Prices may display in different currencies depending on your location and device settings. 6) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you have any questions about a charge, order status, shipping, or returns, please contact us first. We will do our best to resolve issues promptly.
If a dispute or chargeback is opened through PayPal, we may be required to provide order and delivery information (such as order confirmation details, shipping address, and tracking records) to assist with the dispute process. Disputes may delay resolution until PayPal completes its review.
